I'm an Occupational Therapist with over 16 years of experience working across both acute hospitals and community rehabilitation. I provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention to enable individuals to participate in their meaningful activities of daily living. I specialise in supporting adults with a wide range of physical health needs, with particular focus on neurorehabilitation, trauma orthopaedics, and postural management.

I have recently successfully completed my Masters of Science in Advanced Practice including developing skills in Health Coaching, Change Management, Research Skills and Advanced Assessment and Outcome Measures.

What drives me most is helping people regain independence and improve their quality of life — seeing someone achieve goals that matter to them, no matter how big or small, is the best part of my job.
