Regional Network Lead
Dora has lead responsibility for bridging the gap between the NEC and the regionals; and for supporting and coordinating the role and work of all regional contacts.
Matthew has lead responsibility for the negotiation of new benefits for our members.
Training Lead (Business Start-Up)
Hayley has lead responsibility for the management and delivery of our Look Before You Leap course; and the development of other business start-up training opportunities.
Training Lead (Business Development)
Hannah has lead responsibility for the management and delivery of our NEW webinar programme and the development of other business development training opportunities.
Learning & Research Lead
Sarah has lead responsibility for the identification, development and promotion of learning (CPD) and research opportunities.
Medico-Legal Forum (MLF)
As the MLF Link, Anna has lead responsibility for bridging the gap between the NEC and the MLF.
Lead responsibility, in conjunction with the Chair, for managing the core business of the organisation within the membership income stream (n.b. setting up and overseeing sustainable, transparent and accountable financial procedures). Penny West is providing cover until an appointment is made.
Lead responsibility for all matters relating to our existing website; and the planned move to the RCOT website.
Lead responsibility for our annual conference; and external events attended to represent members and raise the profile of independent practice.
Lead responsibility for the production/organisation of associated materials (publications/leaflets) and activities (eNEWS, social media, events) for both internal (members) and external (general public, professionals, stake-holders) audiences.
