Responsible for bridging the gap between the NEC and the MLF and the organisation/delivery of communication, networking and learning opportunities.

Responsible for developing an active social media profile across various platforms, and posting communications.
Monica Iofciu
Responsible for the organisation/delivery of the annual conference, and other CPD activities.
Jennie Alexander
Responsible for the management/delivery of our Start Up and Succeed course.
Rikha Wilmot
Responsible for the organisation/delivery of our webinar programme, covering a range of business/practice related topics.
Rachael Eckford
Responsible for the identification, development and promotion of research opportunities and the management of our Innovation Awards.
Mapule Masemola-Ralehika
Responsible for the development of our policy and approach to Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) members.
Sophie Lederer
Providing a virtual office service to the NEC in the management and execution of the essential business of the organisation.
