I am a children's occupational therapist offering sleep services for everyone, from newborns to adults. Within my paediatric practice, I specialise in neurodivergence, including autism and ADHD across the lifespan, and I carry out developmental red flag assessments and work with a range of neurodevelopmental conditions such as intellectual disabilities. My approach is grounded in behavioural and occupational science, and my goal is to work alongside families so that each child can thrive to their fullest potential across the environments they inhabit.
Sleep is my specialist area. Beyond my paediatric clinical work, I offer sleep guidance to families, professionals, and organisations, with the goal of helping more people sleep well. I invest continuously in this field, having attended conferences, lectures, and specialist training, including a masterclass in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) delivered by the University of Oxford. I work with childhood and adult insomnia, from supporting newborns in building independent sleep from the very start, through to parasomnias and a range of other sleep disorders. Services are available remotely, in person, as home visits, and through school visits, so families can access support in whatever way works best for them.
