VARSS provides vocational case management and employment services to support people to remain in or return to some form of meaningful occupation following injury. VARSS specialises in early intervention, when possible, to assess a person's ability to take part in work-related roles and maximise work readiness following injury. Our experienced occupational therapists and vocational case managers can facilitate paid/unpaid/volunteering positions for young adults who have experienced birth-related injury and are entering the age of work/study options. Our expert services are available to legal professionals, insurers, employers and rehabilitation case managers.
