Highly specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist with expertise in Sensory Integration, Wilbarger Protocol for sensory defensiveness, The listening Programme, The Alert Programme, and Neurodevelopment Treatment (NDT / Bobath), Attachment / Trauma and Mindfulness.
Occupational Therapy assessments and intervention are provided to children from 0 to 18 years old who present functional difficulties affecting neurological development, behavior related to sensory regulation difficulties, school performance and independence.
Tribunal work is also provided in order to aid the process for an Education, Health and Care Plan
My main aim is to support children to achieve maximum independence, improve their skills, self confidence and quality of life, by focusing on a client centered approach.
I closely work with other professionals to promote a network of multidisciplinary team intervention. Parents, Teachers and carers are key to achieve progress and goals.
