I provide specialist supervision for Occupational Therapists who want to practise with confidence, clarity and depth. My aim is to support OTs to become the best version of themselves in practice, however that looks for them.
I offer a free introductory call to prospective supervisees.
I work with individual OTs and groups, offering reflective, developmental supervision that supports clinical reasoning, professional identity, decision-making, confidence, wellbeing and sustainable practice. I bring over 20 years’ experience in health, with a background across health, social care, hospice, community, acute and leadership roles.
My supervision is particularly suited to OTs who value thoughtful reflection, honest conversation and practical next steps. I work with practitioners from a range of areas, including children and young people, adult services, independent practice, leadership roles and non-traditional OT settings.
I am an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist, hold a Master’s in Education, am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. I am also a UKCP trainee psychotherapist, which informs my relational and reflective approach.
Supervision with me is warm, thoughtful and appropriately challenging. The focus is always on helping you make sense of your work, strengthen your practice and keep developing as an Occupational Therapist.
