I have over 20 years experience as a qualified OT and still work within the NHS. I have specialist skills in Hand therapy, Splinting, Elderly care, Rheumatology (including osteoarthritis), Discharge planning, Functional assessment within the home environment including advice on equipment and small aids. I can assess people in their home, provide a written report with recommendations and assist with any recommendations identified. I am passionate about maintaining and maximising my clients independence at home. Personalising care by asking 'What matters to you?' is core to the work I do.
