Sacha is an Australian born and trained Occupational Therapist with post graduate qualifications in sensory integration. She tries her best to incorporate play/preferred activities into therapy, celebrates the client's strengths and feels is it very important to include the family as part of the therapy process. She has completed formal training in The Zones of Regulation, Interoception, Mental Health, Dyspraxia, Autism Spectrum Condition assessment and therapy, alongside further education in working within the paediatric clinical area and neurodevelopmental conditions.
Sacha moved to England in 2017 to enjoy a combination of work and travel. Since working in England, she has specialised in working in specialist school settings, supporting children and young adults with neurodevelopmental difficulties. She continues to have a love for traveling as well as playing basketball and spending time with her rescue dog, Evan.
Sacha provides OT services in West Sussex and areas of Surrey and Hampshire + telehealth (where appropriate).
