My skills include assessment, planning and implementation of treatment for adults. Having worked in a variety of areas within the NHS including elderly medicine, neurology and orthopaedics; this experience has been increased and improved during my case management career. During case management I have worked exclusively with adults who have experienced life-changing injuries and supported them to access appropriate rehabilitation and restore their lives to a good standard where practicable. I have also supported clients to return to work or identify appropriate re-training routes to enable them to return to the workforce. I take a pragmatic approach to my work and enable my clients to regain independence in their chosen roles and everyday life tasks.
