I am a qualified Occupational Therapist specialising in mental health, with experience supporting teenagers and adults in both community and clinical settings. My work focuses on enabling individuals to engage in meaningful occupations, improve daily functioning, and enhance overall wellbeing. I currently work within early intervention services for psychosis, providing care coordination, 1:1 interventions, and recovery-focused support. I take a strengths-based, person-centred approach, helping clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and reconnect with valued roles and routines. Alongside clinical practice, I have an interest in the intersection of mental health and holistic wellbeing, incorporating approaches that address emotional regulation, self-identity, and lifestyle balance.
