Philippa is a Masters level Occupational Therapist with significant international experience working with a wide variety of client groups. Dynamic, positive and determined she approaches her work in a flexible and empathetic way, supporting the needs of the individuals around her.
Therapy on the go provides accessible and timely Occupational Therapy Services to a paediatric and adult population as well as offering training, mentoring and clinical supervision to professionals in need of support.
Philippa is registered as an Occupational Therapist in the UK and USA and has completed advanced training in Ayres Sensory Integration through the University of Southern California (equivalent to SI modules 1-4, SIPT certified). Further qualifications also extend to Yoga teaching, Yoga for the special child, massage therapy, Acupuncture, swimming training and cognitive rehabilitation.
Philippa's has worked with individuals facing many different challenges, these include but are not exclusive to the following conditions: Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Acquired Brain Injury, Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, Amputation, Complex regional pain syndrome, Downs Syndrome, Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Cognitive Impairment, Personality Disorder.
