I assess for and assist in the provision of equipment and adaptations in the home for clients. I provide occupational therapy services to case managers and private clients, particularly in relation to equipment provision, housing adaptations, advising on design considerations for a client's needs, property searches, arranging contractors and project management. All client groups supported including those with neurological conditions, trauma, amputation, spinal and brain injury and age related conditions.
