Nikki is an Occupational Therapist who believes support should feel safe, affirming, and free of shame or pressure to be "normal." Through her own lived experience, she discovered a passion for creating neuroaffirming spaces - ones that reduce overwhelm, simplify daily living, and help people feel more in control of their environment and their life, on their own terms.
She works alongside neurodivergent young people and adults to ease the cognitive load of everyday life, so there's more energy left for connection, wellbeing, and the things that actually matter. For Nikki, a "thrive space" is more than an organised home - it's an environment that supports regulation, self-worth, accessibility, and peace. That might mean letting go of items, habits, or expectations that no longer serve you, and making room instead for a life that feels manageable and sustainable.
Alongside this, Nikki brings over 8 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist across physical and mental health services, in both statutory and independent sectors in the UK and overseas. She has a strong clinical background in neuro-rehabilitation, assistive technology, vehicle adaptations, and cognitive support, which she draws on to offer practical, evidence-informed strategies alongside her neuroaffirming approach.
Whether you're looking for support to navigate daily life, build routines that actually work for your brain, or simply want to work with someone who gets it, Nikki brings both compassion and genuine expertise to help you move forward - without shame, without perfectionism, and at your own pace.
Qualified from York St John University in 2017 with a BHSc (Hons) degree in Occupational Therapy.
