Sarah Hodge I am an occupational therapist with experience of in-depth assessment and rehabilitation of adults and the elderly with complex physical and life-limiting conditions. Clinical specialisms include oncology following diagnosis of Cancer, during treatment, beyond treatment and end of life care, complex regional pain syndrome following trauma, respiratory conditions such as COPD and neurological conditions including, but not limited to, motor neurone disease and multiple sclerosis.
