I qualified in 1993 as an Occupational Therapist and have worked both here in the UK and in the USA as an Occupational Therapist. I have worked within the local authority; NHS and private sector. I have experience of working in a number of clinical specialties including psychiatry, social services, forensic services and paediatrics. I have my practitioner status as a Sensory Integrative therapist and committed to continuing towards my Master’s degree in this field. I specialise in supporting individuals and their families to identify and prioritise goals that are relevant and meaningful to them and their families , considering safety and independence within the home and school environment.
