I’m an Occupational Therapist (HCPC) and Performance Coach, supporting women, young adults, and university students (16–35) who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their direction in life. My work bridges mental health, confidence, wellbeing, and everyday functioning, helping you move from surviving the day to actually feeling more in control of your life. I’m an HCPC‑registered OT, a qualified Personal Performance Coach, and I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT‑informed, within OT scope). When we work together, we look at the whole picture—your thoughts, habits, routines, environment, and the roles you’re juggling—because all of these can affect your wellbeing, confidence, and energy. Sessions are relaxed, supportive, and led by you. We make changes at your pace so life feels less heavy and more bearable.
