Compassionate Occupational Therapist (Physical & Mental Health) & Somatic Therapist/Coach. I am a compassionate Occupational Therapist with nearly 16 years (since 2010) of specialist clinical experience working with working-age and older adults presenting with complex physical, mental health, and learning difficulties. I have extensive experience within acute mental health services and tele-therapy.

At the core of my approach is a deep commitment to kindness, warmth, and empathy. I understand that these are essential skills for creating a safe space where you feel truly heard and listened to. I will listen to your areas of concern & work collaboratively with you.

Specialist OT Services Provided:

1) Assessments & Comprehensive Reports: Activities of Daily Living (MOHO-based) and Home Environment.

2) Clinical Advocacy: Professional reports to support benefit applications (including expert PIP advice).

3) 1:1 Therapeutic Support: Focused sessions on emotional regulation, employment support, and structured functional activity programmes.

4) I offer package service if required including assessment & agreed number of sessions to provide consistency & deeper transformation.
