I am a Occupational Therapist with 20 years of clinical and management experience in health and social care across all age groups. I provide specialist assessments and rehabilitation programme of individuals unique needs, challenges and goals related to their daily activities following illness or injury. I have extensive experience in assessing for and making provision for complex adaptations and specialist equipment promoting individuals safety and independence. I undertake complex manual handling assessments recommending equipment /safe systems of work and deliver training to carers. Skilled in assessing for care and support needs, review and case management. I have developed and managed teams of Occupational Therapists supporting evidenced, quality service delivery.
