I am based in the North West of England area, covering the Wirral, Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire and North Wales. Other areas may be flexible.
I have developed my expertise whilst working in a variety of settings such as NHS, various local authorities and the private sector. I specialise in functional and mobility assessing, rehabilitation, equipment provision, minor and major adaptations and rehousing and arrange packages of care to meet client need.
I like to recommend handling techniques and arrange the provision of equipment to ensure the service user and carer safety in manual handling and work closely with the service user and their families for appropriate and safe techniques on mobility, stair negotiation and moving and handling.
I am experienced with physical, mental, sensory, intellectual, cognitive health. Common groups covered: cardiac, respiratory, neurological/stroke, orthopaedic/musculoskeletal, depression, anxiety, vision and hearing impairments, cognitive impairments/brain Injury.
