Smart Paediatrics Occupational Therapy is a friendly service based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire for children from the age of 5 years.

The service offers a thorough Occupational Therapy assessment and a friendly written report with recommendations. The report can also be used to help inform a potential diagnosis or support an EHCP.

You are able to fill out a self-referral form and book in a free 15 minute telephone call directly with the Therapist to discuss further.
