Smart Paediatrics Occupational Therapy

Smart Paediatrics Occupational Therapy is a friendly service based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire for children from the age of 5 years to adulthood.

The service offers a thorough Occupational Therapy assessment and a friendly written report with recommendations. The report can also be used to help inform a potential diagnosis or support an EHCP.

It is recommended that the assessment process takes place at the Therapy Room in Aylesbury. This is usually completed in two appointments and there is an option for a school observation too.

Following on from an assessment, the service is able to provide support in a vast range of intervention sessions. These sessions can also take place at your home setting or school:

• Activities of daily living
• Fine motor skills
• Handwriting skills
• Touch-typing skills
• Core and gross motor skills
• Emotional regulation
• Executive functioning skills
• Growth mindset skills
• Visual perceptual and visual-motor integration skills
• Sensory skills and strategies
• Social skills
