Experienced Occupational Therapist and Sensory Integration Practitioner, supporting individuals across the lifespan. Specialising in Learning Disabilities and Autism. My practice is grounded in evidence based approaches, clinical reasoning and a commitment to understanding your unique sensory, cognitive and functional profile. My aim is to help you make meaningful links between your experiences, your barriers, and the strategies that can support positive change.
Offering both standardised and non-standardised assessments to ensure a thorough, holistic understanding of need. This enables me to develop tailored intervention plans that promote meaningful participation, increased independence and improved quality of life.
I work with children, young people, adults, families, and professionals across a range of settings, including homes, schools, community environments, and care services. I collaborate closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, support workers, and families to create consistent, practical strategies that can be embedded into everyday routines. My approach is flexible, person‑centred, and designed to empower those around the individual as much as the individual themselves.
In addition to direct intervention, I provide consultation, training, and guidance to teams seeking to strengthen their understanding of sensory needs, behaviour, and functional skill development. I am passionate about helping others build confidence in supporting neurodiverse individuals and those with complex needs.
