I’m an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with over 15 years’ experience working in Adult Social Care. I specialise in assessments for housing adaptations, helping adults improve their safety, independence, and quality of life at home.
I work with people aged 18 and over whose daily activities are impacted by physical disabilities, neurological conditions, long-term illness, or reduced mobility. Throughout my career, I’ve supported people affected by a wide range of health conditions, including stroke, cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, Parkinson’s disease, osteoarthritis, and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
I carry out thorough, evidence-based home assessments to identify practical solutions tailored to individual needs. Recommendations may include equipment and minor adaptations such as grab rails, as well as larger adaptations including level access showers, ramps, stairlifts, and major structural changes.
