I have extensive experience working in neurological rehabilitation, primarily focusing on supporting stroke survivors. I have worked in NHS, community and charity roles, most recently leading a Life After Stroke programme for a regional branch of Age UK.
I have recently successfully completed the ARNI (Action for Rehabilitation from Neurological Injury) Specialist Functional and Exercise Training after Stroke qualification to further my knowledge of advanced rehabilitation techniques.
I enjoy working with stroke survivors to help maximise their functional ability, whether that means returning to work, participating in a hobby or regaining independence at home.
