I am an independent specialist neurological occupational therapist with over ten years of clinical experience, having worked within the NHS and the private health sector.
I have furthered my expertise in medico legal assessment and rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation and neurological in-patient rehabilitation. I enjoy working with clients with complex cognitive and physical disability. I have experience in assessing and treating upper limb function, posture and seating. I am able to establish effective rapport with clients in order to maintain a client centred and goal focused approach.
I provide clinical supervision to therapists both within the field of neurology and those wishing to return to practice.
I actively pursue opportunities to maintain my continuous professional development, maintaining mandatory training and utilising peer supervision with other neuro occupational therapists.
