I qualified originally as an Occupational Therapist in 1991 from the Liverpool School of Occupational Therapy which is now situated at the University of Liverpool.
I provide a compassionate and holistic approach integrating Occupational Therapy and Psychotherapy (Psychotherapeutic Occupational Therapy) in order to help people recover from past traumas and current emotional difficulties, so that they can move into the future in a positive and hopeful way.
Achieving post-traumatic growth (PTG) following treatment, is an important part of my approach.
