Back on Track Occupational Therapy
I provide Occupational Therapy to meet my client's specific individual needs, for example, return to work or education.
I provide rehabilitation in activities of daily living, including community based life skills to maximise independence.
I provide cognitive rehabilitation with an emphasis on putting strategies in place to minimise the impact of e.g. an attentional, processing or memory impairment.
I can help with access to the community, including assessment for wheelchair accessible vehicles and driving adaptations. I assess for wheelchairs (posture and seating) and help with managing fatigue.
I can advise on home adaptations and equipment.
I believe it is important to include my client's family, friends and support team in the OT process along with taking a multidisciplinary approach.
