Leanne delivers community-based rehabilitation to enable and empower people with acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury and other complex conditions. Leanne specialises in cognitive rehabilitation, fatigue management, community-integration, confidence/self-esteem building and improvement of motivation, mental-wellbeing and performance through positive occupation-based approaches. Leanne is HCPC registered and understands that it is essential for occupational therapists to apply a high degree of understanding and to work in partnership with their clients and to collaborate with clients, families, carers, case managers and other clinical practitioners and specialists so to guarantee excellent and best results. I provide a client-centred, bespoke, and individualised programme enabling me to work with clients to identify goals and work towards achieving these. Leanne is familiar with medico-legal matters having worked in her current role for over 4 years. Leanne works from a Sheffield base but throughout a variety of geographical areas; Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and can provide a service to wider geographical areas.
