Lauren is an experienced community occupational therapist who prides herself on establishing excellent professional relationships with clients to ensure that all intervention is client-centred and enables as much independence as possible.
Lauren is the founder of My OT, a team of highly experienced Allied Healthcare professionals including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists and therapy assistants. With a uniquely client-centred and holistic approach, the team support individuals of all ages and with a wide range of needs.
Our child and adolescent therapists ensure that each client has the necessary support and skills to participate in their everyday lives. Areas of expertise include difficulties with concentration, motor co-ordination concerns, fine and gross motor skills and emotional regulation, as well as both individual and group handwriting support.
Our adult therapists tailor their interventions to each client’s needs to improve independence, participation and quality of life. My OT therapists have extensive experience in conducting home assessments for both minor and major adaptations. They will work with families to help them maintain a safe and functional environment for their loved ones.
My OT's clinics are located in Finchley and Kensington and contain fully-equipped sensory integration gyms. My OT also offers home, school or work visits across London and the Home Counties.
