I am an HCPC registered occupational therapist with over 13 years’ experience in the field, and a further background in health and social care. I have worked across NHS, local authority, and private settings, with individuals experiencing a wide range of health concerns.
My work focuses on understanding how health impacts everyday life, and supporting people to engage with daily activities, relationships, hobbies and work in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.
I provide assessment and intervention for self referring individuals experiencing a range of mental health and neurodivergent presentations, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, OCD, PTSD, and related difficulties. My approach to occupational therapy draws on aspects of mindfulness, somatic and trauma-informed perspectives, along with other influences.
Along with this I work with charities, case managers, insurance companies and other organisations to provide comprehensive assessments and, if required, ongoing therapeutic input. I also offer consultation to organisations in regard to adapting workplace environments to meet the needs to employees experiencing mental health or neurodivergent needs.
I maintain ongoing professional development and work in line with the standards of OT regulatory and professional organisations - HCPC & RCOT
