I am an Occupational Therapy rehabilitation and recovery specialist dedicated to promoting independence, supporting recovery and improving quality of life within the home and community, as well as through online services.
I bring extensive experience supporting adults with a wide range of complex needs, including brain injury, stroke, neurological and neurosurgical conditions, dementia, cognitive difficulties, cognitive rehabilitation, functional and upper limb rehabilitation, falls prevention and management, trauma and orthopaedics, fatigue management, mental health, posture and seating, and case management rehabilitation. I also provide professional mentoring and support to other professionals.
My practice centres on delivering thorough, client-focused assessments and tailored intervention plans that address both immediate challenges and longer-term recovery goals. I am experienced in managing complex presentations and working collaboratively with clients, families, case managers and wider multidisciplinary teams to ensure rehabilitation is practical, achievable and sustainable.
For clients who require a prompt service, I offer a Fast-Track Occupational Therapy Assessment, with appointments available within 72 hours, subject to availability.
