Kerry is a highly skilled Occupational Therapist. She is a supportive advocate for people who need the layout and structure of their home to work better for them and their families. Kerry ensures that her clients have all options available to them when making decisions about how they want their homes to function.
Her clients range from young children to older adults with complex conditions including brain and spinal injuries.
In addition to her Occupational Therapy role, Kerry is also a Case Manager overseeing care teams within a family home. With this experience in mind, Kerry ensures when designing space within a home that it promotes privacy between the client, their family and the care team.
During her career Kerry has built a solid network of resources that she can share with her clients; working relationships with specialist disabled architects, surveyors, builders and equipment suppliers. She is known for her approachable, down to earth manner and works hard to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.
She can assist with initial DFG applications to the local council, planning application summaries through to selection of specialist disabled equipment/adaptations such as
• Wheelchair access doors and ramps • Moving and handling equipment • Through floor lifts and stairlifts • Bath and shower adaptations • Toileting • wheelchair accessible kitchens • Hydropools and hot tubs • Wheelchair accessible vehicles
Kerry accepts referrals from Clients, Deputies, Case Managers and local charities.
Based near Gatwick, Kerry is able to travel to assess clients due to her proxmity to the airport and motorway links.
