Kaylee Mowatt is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist and Clinical Lead based in Portsmouth, with over 15 years’ experience across health and social care. She specialises in rehabilitation and reablement, with a strong emphasis on early intervention, prevention, and personalised care. Her clinical expertise spans neurological and orthopaedic conditions, cognitive and mental health, and complex rehabilitation needs. Kaylee is passionate about enabling people to live meaningful lives through tailored support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and community connection. As a CQC Registered Manager, she led a community-based rehabilitation service that achieved an 'Outstanding' rating, delivering consistently high outcomes for adults and older people. She champions holistic, person-centred approaches and has a proven track record in managing complex cases, implementing environmental adaptations, and enhancing functional outcomes. Kaylee also provides professional support, advice, and training to care providers, with the ability to tailor packages to meet a range of complex needs.
