I completed my OT qualification in Australia specialising in mental health. I spent the initial part of my career in the inpatient service at The Melbourne Clinic, Australia's largest private mental health service. I returned to the UK to work in the NHS in community mental health where I specialised in complex care.

I am highly experienced and extensively trained in ACT which complements the OT mental health framework I utilise in my practice.

I established my private practice specialising in parent mental health in 2015.

In 2022 I began working with the independent OT mental health practice Purpose People Ltd established by Jill Martin and Nicky Green.
