Through Keystone: Occupational Therapy, I work exclusively virtually, supporting clients with eating disorders and a range of other mental health conditions to rebuild routine, structure, and a healthier relationship with daily occupations — meals, movement, self-care, and social participation — from wherever they're based in the UK.
Delivering sessions remotely means clients can access consistent, flexible support without the added pressure of travel or in-person appointments — something that often matters when managing the anxiety and unpredictability that can come with eating disorder recovery and other mental health difficulties. I draw on occupational therapy's practical, whole-life approach to help clients reconnect with the activities that matter to them, often using a graded exposure approach to build confidence and tolerance gradually, at a pace that feels manageable.
I work collaboratively with clients (and, where relevant, other members of their care team) to set goals that are realistic and meaningful, focusing on sustainable change rather than quick fixes.
