This is a gentle space to return to yourself, with structured support, self-compassion, and tools that help you move forward intentionally. It's time to put your self first with practices and routines that work for you.
All support is guided by a clinical foundation in mental health occupational therapy, combined with a trauma informed, values led approach to well-being.
I provide one to one support and workshops, working mostly online though in-person sessions can be arranged in Urmston, Greater Manchester.
