I'm an occupational therapist and career wellness coach who supports women professionals navigating the specific pressures of expatriate and diaspora life to balance their health and career, without sacrificing one for the other.
I built my career in the UK as a migrant on a Skilled Worker visa, navigating the same question marks many of my clients carry, hence I know what it costs to perform competence in systems that were not designed for you. I also know what it takes to build something that belongs to you regardless of what those systems decide next.
Besides my own practice, I am also a published author and international speaker that has reached audiences in more than 15 countries besides the UK, including the USA, Australia, Switzerland, China, and Japan. I also serve as a Professional Advisor to the Royal College of Occupational Therapists and was also awarded an Honorary Senior Lecturship with Brunel University of London.
