I trained at St Loye�s School of Occupational Therapy graduating in 1993. I practised Occupational Therapy in NHS Mental Health Services in Community Mental Health Teams and specialist units including Eating Disorders, Forensics, Addictions, over 65�s, and General psychiatry for 18 years. In 2017 to complement my OT skills I trained as a Life Coach. In 2019 along with my business partner, Nicky Green, we opened our independent mental health OT Practice; Purpose People Ltd https://www.purposepeopleltd.com/ I have many years of experience working with emotional well-being across a wide range of settings. I use my OT and coaching skills together providing a holistic and unique approach.
