I am a clinical specialist Occupational Therapist (OT) with over 15 years of practice for the NHS. I have extensive experience in mental and physical health, including orthopaedics and trauma, care of the elderly, general medicine, neurology, A&E, rapid response, and acute mental health. As an Occupational Therapist I can work with you in your own home, to promote function, independence, and safety. I can support you to develop healthy coping strategies to facilitate self-management and independence.

I offer a personalised and holistic approach, tailoring assessments and interventions to individual needs, creating solutions to overcome barriers and facilitate occupational performance. Supporting individuals with healthy lifestyle choices to achieve daily structure and routine, breaking down activities of daily living into manageable tasks.

I provide Occupational Therapy services to private individuals, businesses in retention & return to work, schools and GP services providing advice/information, statutory services reducing waiting list times, and supervision and mentoring for Occupational Therapists.

Specialist services tailored to meet your needs.

If you or someone you know are having difficulties with activities of daily living due to physical or mental health ICOTVP may be able to assist you, contact me to discuss your requirements.
