I am a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist (OT) with extensive experience within NHS and Independent Practice, working with persons affected by physical and mental health problems, ranging from acute care provision to persons living in the community.

As an Occupational Therapist I can work with you or a loved one, to promote independence, function, and safety. I can support you to develop healthy coping strategies that facilitate self-management and independence.

I offer a personalised and holistic approach, tailoring assessments and interventions to your individual needs.

I provide Occupational Therapy services to private individuals, agencies, and Occupational Therapists.

Highly experienced in the design, delivery, and evaluation of hybrid and online learning programmes/events for multi-agency professionals, working in co-production and partnership with service users, carers, and other stakeholders.
