Helena Amos is a Specialist Occupational Therapist with over 12 years’ experience supporting older adults and individuals living with physical, neurological, and mental health challenges. She works with people in their own homes and care settings, helping them regain or maintain independence and improve their quality of life through meaningful, personalised therapy.
Helena provides comprehensive rehabilitation, practical guidance, and evidence based interventions that promote safe, independent living. Her work supports individuals recovering from illness or injury, managing long-term conditions, or experiencing changes in mobility, memory, confidence, or mood.
In addition to direct therapy, Helena offers specialist report writing, detailed risk assessments, manual handling assessments, and professional training and guidance for carers, families, and support teams. She works closely as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with health professionals, case managers, and local authorities to ensure joined-up, client-centred care.
