She supports individuals living at home or in care settings who are managing physical or mental health challenges. Her focus is on helping people regain or maintain their independence and improve their overall quality of life through meaningful, personalised therapy.

Occupational therapy can benefit those recovering from illness, managing long-term conditions, or experiencing changes in memory, mood, or mobility. Helena provides practical solutions to support safe and independent living, enabling people to participate more fully in daily life.
