I’m an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with experience across the NHS, Local Authority, and Third Sector, including work with military communities. Over the years, I’ve developed a flexible, person-centred approach that puts your goals and priorities at the heart of everything I do.
I support adults with a range of physical and mental health challenges, including long‑term and life‑limiting conditions. My work includes functional assessments, rehabilitation, equipment recommendations, and practical home adaptations to reduce risk and improve independence, including assessments of long‑term living‑environment suitability to inform care planning and decision‑making.
While I specialise across this broad scope of practice, I have an additional clinical focus on mental health, sleep and chronic conditions. I deliver evidence‑based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT‑I), activity‑based strategies to improve mood and engagement, and practical techniques to manage anxiety, low mood, and stress. I combine therapeutic routines, sensory and environmental adjustments, and collaborative goal‑setting to support better sleep, daily structure, and emotional wellbeing.
Alongside my OT degree, I have specialist training in Coaching for Health, Sensory Intelligence, CBT-i and Moving & Handling Train‑the‑Trainer. These skills enable me to address the physical, emotional, and practical aspects of daily life.
My approach is friendly, practical, and collaborative. I work with clients, families, carers, and wider teams to find realistic solutions that make daily activities easier, support independence, and help people stay engaged in meaningful occupations.
I am committed to delivering respectful, tailored support that helps you live well in the ways that matter most.
