I’m an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with experience across the NHS, Local Authority, and Third Sector, including work with military communities. Over the years, I’ve developed a flexible, person-centred approach that puts your goals and priorities at the heart of everything I do.
I support adults managing a wide range of physical and mental health challenges, including long-term and life-limiting conditions. This often involves functional assessments, rehabilitation, recommending equipment, and making homes safer through practical adaptations.
Alongside my OT degree, I’ve completed specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Coaching for Health, Sensory Intelligence, and Moving & Handling Train-the-Trainer. These additional skills allow me to offer support that considers the whole person—physical, emotional, and practical aspects of daily life.
I’m passionate about empowering people to live life on their own terms. That means working together to overcome barriers, finding practical solutions, and supporting families, carers, and wider support networks so everyone feels confident and involved.
My approach is friendly, practical, and collaborative. I take the time to understand what matters most to you and help you find realistic ways to achieve it. This might include making daily activities easier, improving independence at home, or supporting you to stay engaged in the things you enjoy—so life feels more manageable, fulfilling, and meaningful.
I’m committed to delivering care that is respectful, supportive, and tailored to you—helping you live well in the ways that matter most.
