Gwendoline Treseder's profile

Gwendoline Treseder BSc Occupational Therapy. Mental Health First Aid. Health and Wellbeing Coaching. Enhancing End of Life Care and Palliative Care Practice module.

With 30 years experience in the field of health and social care, 19 as an occupational therapist, I support adults to manage the impacts of health challenges on their daily life. I have worked with people experiencing a range of challenges including palliative/terminal conditions, cancer, MS, spinal injury, stroke, accidental injury, mild-moderate mental health issues and people living with the challenges of ageing.

I work in partnership with my clients focusing on what is important to them and supporting them to identify and achieve their goals through bespoke strategies and interventions. I have expertise in a variety of rehabilitation strategies including: condition management, coaching, anxiety management, fatigue management, daily living equipment and home adaptations. I also support individuals and families with decisions and conversations about planning for end of life.

In addition to my work with patients, I have a keen interest in supporting health and social care workers with their own personal well-being and their professional development ; offering them support with planning and implementing self-care strategies, clinical supervision and coaching/mentoring.

You are very welcome to contact me with any questions or for a no-obligation phone or video chat about your needs.
