I work with Physical Rehabilitation in Adults, Older Adults, and People with a Learning Disability. I specialise in rehabilitation and maintaining independence for people with physical and neurological conditions, for example; upper limb rehab after a stroke, maintaining independence following injury or surgery, maintaining independence in older adults, supporting people with dementia to live their life to the best of their abilities, and supporting the carers and family looking after the person with dementia. I make recommendations for assistive equipment, Hoist and hospital bed assessment (incl Risk Assessment), minor and major adaptations and help with sourcing and providing equipment. Focusing on finding achievable goals and sustainable solutions.
