Georgina Clark BSc Occupational Therapy
Flourishing Futures Limited
I am an experienced Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of clinical practice across the NHS and private sector. I work with older adults and children with physical disabilities, neurological conditions, and age-related frailty, supporting individuals to maintain or regain independence in daily life.
My experience includes dementia care, stroke rehabilitation, long-term neurological conditions, falls prevention, functional assessment, and home adaptation. I provide thorough assessment and practical, goal-focused intervention, combining hands-on rehabilitation with environmental modification and equipment provision to promote safe, sustainable independence.
I work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and other professionals to ensure therapy is realistic, proportionate, and tailored to individual priorities. I have particular interest in supporting older adults to remain safely in their own homes, facilitating discharge planning and reducing the risk of avoidable hospital admission.
In addition, I support children and young people to develop functional skills and participate more fully at home and in school through personalised assessment and targeted intervention.
I am committed to maintaining high professional standards through ongoing continuing professional development, mandatory training, and regular peer supervision.
