I'm Fiona Joy Hill and I'm an occupational therapist, educator and supervisor with over 25 years' experience in a range of settings including the NHS, Social Care and Higher Education. My background as a Lecturer in OT and also as a University Mental Health Adviser has provided me with a wealth of experience in supervising and supporting others' learning and personal/professional development.
I offer wellbeing-focused professional supervision and mentoring for UK-based occupational therapists. The majority of my work is with those who are working in independent practice or diverse settings where supervision is not necessarily built into the organisation, however I do also work with NHS therapists who feel they would value an outside perspective.
