Beyond the Letters
The overarching goal of a coaching occupational therapist is to empower individuals to confidently lead meaningful & fulfilling lives, achieving their personal goals.
As a Coaching occupational therapist (OT), I work to support and empower individuals in developing practical skills, strategies, and routines to effectively manage the daily challenges often faced by neurodivergent individuals or those with a history of trauma.
By blending a coaching approach, with key occupational therapy techniques including assessment, activity analysis, psychoeducation, sensory strategies, and environmental adaptation and framing with a trauma informed approach, using nervous system regulation, I offer a proactive, personalised support service tailored to each client’s unique needs.
