I qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2000 from University of Northampton. I worked in the NHS in the early part of my career then went on to specialise in Brain Injury at the National Centre for Brain Injury Rehabilitation, at St Andrews Hospital for 8 years. I have experience working as a Case Manager, working with adults and children with brain injuries and cerebral palsy. This experience has broadened my skills and enabled me to take a true holistic view of clients needs, along with gaining an understanding of the litigation process and the impact this can have on a client and the family.
I have also completed a Masters in Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Case Management from the University of Birmingham.
I offer an independent Occupational Therapy Service specialising in the provision of high quality, person centred assessment and rehabilitation for adults and children in their own homes, work place or care environment.
I am full professional member of British Association of Occupational Therapists; registered with the Health and Care Professions Council; and a member of the College of Occupational Therapists Specialist Sections for Neurological Practice, Work and Independent Practice.
