I’m Liz, an HCPC-registered occupational therapist with over 25 years’ experience supporting adults and older people across NHS, community and care-home settings.
I work with individuals, families and care teams to understand what matters to each person and find practical ways to make everyday life safer, more comfortable and meaningful. My areas of experience include falls prevention, seating and posture, equipment and adaptations, and supporting people to participate in daily activities.
Through Gloucestershire Therapy Co, I offer Occupational Therapy assessments, advice and training across Gloucestershire. I also support care homes with meaningful activity, environmental reviews and staff development.
My approach is friendly, collaborative and centred on the person—their interests, routines, abilities and goals. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, a relative or your care home, please get in touch to discuss how I can help.
