Eleanor Hales

I am an independent Occupational Therapist with 26 years of experience working in the NHS, social care and the private sector.

I have experience of rehabilitation within the community, housing, equipment and adaptations. I work with clients with long term conditions and complex needs such as brain and spinal cord injury. I also have a specialist interest in falls prevention.

I work with clients in a person centred way to help them achieve their goals. Working in clients own homes to support them, their families and care givers to support their independence.

I am also an experienced trainer and have devised and implemented training for care and support staff to support clients needs.
