EE Therapy Ltd was established in 2015 in order to provide an Independent Occupational Therapy Service within the North West for children and adults with cognitive/neurological impairment and/or physical disabilities as a result of accident/injury or disability/difficulties from birth.
Previous NHS experience has been mainly in Paediatircs, Neuro/Brain Injury Rehabilitation, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. EE Therapy Ltd is now able to offer a range of specialist assessments and interventions to support individuals to reach their potential and facilitate independence with daily living skills. Working closely with Case Managers and legal experts, providing client centred and bespoke packages of Occupational Therapy depending on identified areas of need. This might include; specialist equipment/seating assessments, housing adaptation advice, upper limb/hand assessments and splinting, community integration, cognitive rehabilitation.
EE Therapy Ltd can also offer specialist screening assessments for Dyspraxia/Developmental Coordination Disorder and other specific fine and gross motor difficulties, Visual-Perceptual/Visual Motor conditions. Using both standardised assessment tools and clinical observations to establish SMART goals and treatment plans for children who may have difficulties accessing the curriculum in school and with gaining functional independence to their potential.
