EE Therapy Ltd was established in 2015 in order to provide an Independent Occupational Therapy Service within the North West for children and adults with cognitive/neurological impairment and/or physical disabilities as a result of accident or injury or following a birth related trauma. As well as this EE Therapy Ltd specialises in DCD/Dyspraxia screening assessment and can provide relevant supporting interventions to parents and schools for children who present with fine and gross motor movement difficulties and coordination difficulties which impact on functional independence and access to their environment. Assessment of Visual-Perceptual/Visual Motor conditions is also offered using both standardised assessment tools and clinical observation.
Previous NHS experience has been mainly in Paediatrics, Neuro/Brain Injury Rehabilitation, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. EE Therapy Ltd is now able to offer a range of specialist assessments and interventions to support individuals to reach their potential and facilitate independence with daily living skills. Working closely with Case Managers and legal experts, providing client centred and bespoke packages of Occupational Therapy depending on identified areas of need. This might include; specialist equipment/seating assessments, housing adaptation advice, upper limb/hand assessments, community integration, cognitive rehabilitation.
